A sponsor licence lets a UK employer sponsor workers on routes such as Skilled Worker. Holding a licence brings continuing duties — record-keeping, reporting and cooperating with compliance checks — and getting them wrong risks suspension or revocation.
ENS advises employers on applying for and managing a licence, assigning Certificates of Sponsorship, and staying compliant.
Our regulatory scope. ENS is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority at Level 1 and helps with straightforward applications within that authorisation.
