ENS Immigration Advice is a trading name of ENS Consulting Ltd, based at 17A Sweeting Street, Liverpool (visits strictly by appointment only). We advise individuals, families and employers on UK immigration matters — from partner and spouse visas to work routes, settlement and British citizenship — and support clients across the UK and overseas through online consultations.
We are regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) to provide Level 1 immigration advice under registration number F202331709. Everything we do is delivered within the scope of that regulation, so you can be confident your case is handled by a properly authorised adviser. Our approach
We believe good immigration advice should be clear, honest and predictable. Before any work starts, we agree a fixed fee in writing, so you know exactly what your case will cost and what it includes. There are no hidden charges and no hourly billing surprises.
We take the time to understand your circumstances, explain the relevant requirements in plain language, and set out realistic options. Where a case is complex or unusual, we tell you honestly rather than promising an outcome we cannot control. Our advice is available in both English and Turkish, and we can arrange interpreter support for consultations in Farsi, Urdu, Arabic, Turkish and Uzbek.
Eyyüp Yaprak
Founded to make regulated advice honest and accessible.
Eyyüp Yaprak is the founder and Principal Immigration Adviser at ENS Immigration Advice. He leads the firm's casework and is responsible for the advice provided under the firm's IAA registration, working directly with clients to prepare well-evidenced, carefully argued applications. He advises in both English and Turkish, and personally oversees every case the firm takes on.
Before founding the practice, Eyyüp spent 10 years teaching English — as an EFL teacher in Turkey and later as a tutor and translator in Liverpool — experience that shapes how he explains each stage of an application clearly, in either language.
