Immigration Advice & Support
Regulated help at every stage of a UK immigration application — from a first conversation about your options to a full check of your evidence before you submit. Each service below is delivered under our IAA Level 1 authorisation, with fixed fees agreed in writing before any work begins.
Initial Consultation
A one-to-one conversation with a regulated adviser about your situation. We listen to your circumstances, explain the routes that may realistically fit, set out the key requirements and risks, and agree the sensible next step — whether that is preparing the application yourself, one of our review services below, or full representation.
Immigration Eligibility Assessment
A structured check of whether you meet the requirements for a specific route before you spend time and money — the financial requirement, residence and absences, relationship or work criteria, English language and suitability. You get a clear view of where you stand and what to strengthen before you apply. Want it set out formally in writing? Our written initial advice is a fixed £150 and arrives as a secure PDF.
Document Review
We review your evidence bundle against the rules for your route and tell you what is missing, weak or likely to raise questions — so you can close the gaps before you submit, rather than after a refusal.
Application Review
You prepare the application; we check the whole thing — the online form, the evidence and any supporting statements — against the requirements, and give you a written summary of anything that needs fixing before you submit.
eVisa & UKVI Account
Understand your eVisa — the Home Office’s digital record of your status — and your UKVI account: accessing your status, generating share codes, updating your passport details, preparing for travel and resolving common problems. Most eVisa tasks are free on GOV.UK; where a problem affects your actual immigration position, we can review it.
Our regulatory scope. ENS is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority at Level 1 and helps with straightforward matters within that authorisation. Where an issue is complex, contentious or involves an appeal or complex human-rights work, we will say so after an initial assessment and, where needed, help you find an appropriately authorised adviser or solicitor. How our IAA Level 1 scope works.
