User Content Agreement

These terms apply to anything you submit through this website — enquiries, form entries, messages and any feedback — so that we can respond to you and provide our services.

Last updated: 16 August 2026. We keep this page under review; the version published here is the one in force when you use the site.

What this covers

“User content” means anything you submit to us through this website — including enquiry and contact forms, information entered into our tools, documents you send, messages, and any feedback, testimonial or review you provide. By submitting content you agree to these terms, which form part of our Terms of Use.

Your responsibilities

When you submit content, you confirm that:

  • the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge;
  • it is yours to provide, or you have permission to provide it, and it does not infringe anyone else's rights;
  • it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, offensive or harmful; and
  • where it includes another person's personal data, you have a proper basis to share it with us.

Because we advise on immigration matters, the accuracy of what you tell us is especially important — incomplete or incorrect information can affect the advice we give and the outcome of an application.

The permission you give us

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us permission to store and use it as needed to respond to you and provide our services. If you give us a testimonial or review and agree we may publish it, you grant us a licence to use it on our website and marketing; we will not publish details that identify you without your consent.

Prohibited content

You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening or abusive; that impersonates another person; that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; or that contains malware. We may remove or refuse any content, and may decline to act, at our discretion.

Submitting content does not create a client relationship

Sending an enquiry or information through this site does not, by itself, make you a client or oblige us to act for you. An adviser–client relationship begins only when we have confirmed in writing that we will act and our Terms of Business apply. Please do not send highly sensitive or confidential material until we have agreed to act.

Your personal data

Any personal data in your content is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
