Why choose ENS Immigration Advice?

We don't rely on generic checklists. Every application is considered on its own circumstances.

IAA

Regulated advice

Provided within our Immigration Advice Authority authorisation.

01

Personal service

Your matter is assessed according to your individual circumstances.

02

Careful evidence review

We identify missing, inconsistent or unsuitable documents before submission.

03

Clear, honest advice

Straightforward explanations of requirements, risks and possible outcomes.

04

Transparent fees

Scope of work and professional fees explained before we begin.

05

Accessible support

Consultations online, by telephone, and at our Liverpool office, with interpreter support available in Farsi, Urdu, Arabic, Turkish and Uzbek.

How we work

Straightforward from first contact — clear advice, fixed fees, no obligation.

01

Send your enquiry

Tell us your situation and what you need — a visa, settlement or citizenship application. A regulated immigration adviser reviews it and replies within 24 hours.

02

We check your options honestly

We tell you which route actually fits, whether you are likely to meet the requirements, and the realistic timeline and cost — in plain English. If a route won’t work, or your matter needs a higher level of authorisation than our IAA Level 1 scope, we say so, rather than take a fee on a weak application.

03

Your fixed-fee quote and plan

Before any work begins, you receive a fixed fee in writing — with no VAT added — and a clear plan of exactly what is included. You know the cost and the scope up front, with no surprises.

04

We prepare your application

Your dedicated adviser builds the application and gives you a tailored document checklist, then checks your supporting evidence carefully before anything is submitted.

05

Submission and support to the decision

We submit the application, deal with the Home Office on your behalf, and stay with you through to the decision.

Founded to make regulated advice honest and accessible.

Eyyup Yaprak has been advising clients with ENS Consulting since April 2024, regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority to provide Level 1 immigration advice and assistance.

Before founding the practice, Eyyup spent 10 years teaching English — as an EFL teacher in Turkey and later as a tutor and translator in Liverpool — experience that now shapes how he explains each stage of an application clearly, in English or Turkish. He holds a BA and MA in English Language Teaching and an Associate Degree in Computer Programming & Technology, and has since completed AAT Level 4 in Accounting, giving him a stronger grasp of the financial evidence many visa categories require. Casework spans family, work, settlement and Ankara Agreement (ECAA) applications, as well as sponsor licence guidance for employers.
